SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) is an XML-based standard for exchanging authentication and authorization data between security domains, that is, between an identity provider (such as IDAS) and a service provider (such as Salesforce).
When a user logs into a cloud app, they are redirected to ArrayShield IDAS two factor authentication system where they must authenticate. If the authentication is successful, the user is redirected to their Cloud app where access is granted.
